1. at night before bed take before picture *ladies take pic with no makeup
2.wash face with sample A. Pat dry with a paper towel
3.moisturize with sample B
4. Next morning take After picture
5. wash and moisturize for 2 more days with the samples and on the 3rd morning take another picture
